Realty World is Growing in Nevada County!

Jeff and Susan George are excited to be the owners of Realty World Golden Oak Properties, a new real estate firm located in Penn Valley. Not only are they energized by the enthusiasm a new business generates, but they have the benefit of over 27 years of full-time professional real estate experience, along with the marketing strength associated with being part of the Realty World System.

Susan grew up in Monterey and the South Bay. She raised her family of three sons and has worked as a Realtor for many years in Santa Clara County. While maintaining her busy career, Susan also pursued her educational goals. She graduated from San Jose State University, earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Liberal Studies, with a designation in Mathematics.

Jeff went to Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, earning a degree in Architecture. During his senior year of college he had the unforgettable experience of living and studying in Florence, Italy. Following graduation from college, Jeff lived in New York City where he began his architectural illustration business. In 1986, he married Susan and moved to the San Francisco Bay area, where they enjoyed family life with their sons.

They have owned their home in the Penn Valley area for over ten years and during the last three years Jeff has enjoyed architectural illustration and real estate activity here, locally. Today, Susan, too, is thrilled to call Nevada County home.

Jeff and Susan strongly believe that maintaining close ties with their Bay Area client base and real estate associates is important because many buyers come from there. In addition, Jeff’s backgrounds in art and architecture give him a vision that enhances his skill to identify properties that are architecturally distinctive or have strong potential for improvement. These unique strengths, in concert with Susan’s years of real estate experience, enable them to provide a very high level professional service and a cutting-edge approach to the Nevada County real estate market.
